“ This is one of my new staple date night spots! I love the dark ambiance, really sets the romantic mood. They were previously in a smaller space and relocated. Sooo much nicer and with a lot more seating now! It's a very clean establishment and the service is always friendly. There's many great options on the food menu, I always end up getting a large spread for my boyfriend and I to share. Everything we ordered is phenomenal, packed with flavor literally nothing is bad here! I also don't drink alcohol so our server was able to recommend me a popular mocktail with coconut and pineapple. It was so tasty and refreshing! I get it every time we dine in now. Overall I leave happy and full each visit! Definitely a 10/10 ”
“ Why do I love the Cut? Amazing whisky selection and a happy hour that truly makes me happy. Every bartender and server here has always been kind and attentive. I love sitting at the bar and chatting up the super knowledgeable bartenders. Finally decided to try some Japanese whiskey and Dan was very helpful! He really put a lot of thought and care into his recommendations. The end result? I discovered a new and unexpected favorite. I ordered the happy hour slider and creamy sesame salad. Both are consistently well prepared and delicious. If you're a fan of whisky and a great happy hour, I'll see you at the Cut next weekend ”
“ I really enjoyed visiting the Ballard cut. Really clean ambience and a great place if you like whisky. They had a really wide collection of whiskies, bourbons, scotches, and other good stuff. The food was good too. Classic Old fashioned was good and we had a flight of scotches from not peated to peated and it was quite an experience. Scott at the bar is very knowledgeable and customized the service very well for us. Parking is a problem for this location. So be prepared to roam around for a spot or pay for paid parking. ”
“ TBC was recommended to me while I was eating at another restaurant! Now it did take awhile to hit it up, but it was my birthday and we decided to try it. First, it was dark and damp and winter, and we walked past it twice. Second, the vast selection of whiskey was overwhelming! But all I can remember was the pork chop. Thick, nice grill marks, perfectly cooked. It was a big un too. Great eats. ”
“ A gem in Ballard! First of all if you are a bourbon, whiskey nerd then search no further, Tommy Patrick knows a thing or two about it. I will leave it at that. Otherwise, day two of their new location and double the size. For day two, they did not miss a beat, my hats off to them all! Anyhow, awesome service, best in the biz. Food was great, good portions and well priced. That bone-in pork chop, damn! Patio to sit outside or room inside, the place was comfortable and airy. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience, this was not what I was expecting, they did exceed my expectations. Stop on in, make a reservation though and enjoy yourself. I know you will be pleased. Thank you for making an awesome experience! ”
